Greater Omaha Chamber Announces Leadership Omaha Class 48

OMAHA, Neb., – The Greater Omaha Chamber is proud to announce the members of Leadership Omaha Class 48, continuing one of the nation’s longest-running community leadership programs and building on nearly five decades of cohort-based leadership development.

“We are beyond excited to dive into this experience with our members from Class 48,” said Daniela Rojas Florez, Director of Community Leadership Programs at the Greater Omaha Chamber. “This year, our selection committee faced one of the most competitive applicant pools to date, which made their job especially challenging. What stood out from the very beginning was this group’s overwhelming commitment to learn, grow, and pour into the Omaha community. With their passion and purpose already shining through, we can’t wait to see the bold impact Class 48 will make—not just in their year together, but for years to come.”

As in previous years, the class was selected by a committee composed of Leadership Omaha alumni and Chamber board members. Selected individuals demonstrated exceptional community involvement, leadership potential, and a compelling vision for Omaha’s future.

Over the next 10 months, the participants will explore issues critical to the region, develop their leadership capacity, and deepen their understanding of community trusteeship, ultimately joining a network of more than 1,900 Leadership Omaha alumni.
