Greater Omaha Chamber Names Liz Kerrigan as Senior Vice President of Member & Investor Relations

Omaha, NE – The Greater Omaha Chamber announced today the hiring of Liz Kerrigan as its new Senior Vice President of Member & Investor Relations.
“Liz is a proven leader and an exceptional relationship-builder with deep roots in our community,” said Heath Mello, President & CEO of the Greater Omaha Chamber. “She brings a unique blend of corporate, nonprofit, and leadership development experience that makes her a perfect fit to elevate the Chamber’s engagement with both members and investors. Her track record of building strong partnerships and delivering high-impact programs is exactly what we need to support our mission moving forward.”
In her new role, Kerrigan will lead the Chamber’s membership and investor engagement strategy, overseeing efforts to expand, retain, and deepen relationships with the nearly 3,000 businesses and organizations that make up the Chamber’s membership. She will be responsible for cultivating a member-centric approach to service, strengthening investor stewardship, and identifying new opportunities to create value for Chamber stakeholders across Greater Omaha.
“I am thrilled to return to the Greater Omaha Chamber and serve the business community that shaped so much of my own journey,” said Kerrigan. “This is an ideal time to build connections and partnerships to strengthen Greater Omaha. I am eager to listen, learn, and lead in ways that create positive outcomes for our members and our region.”
A familiar face to many in the region, Kerrigan most recently served as Community Impact Manager at Farm Credit Services of America, where she helped guide the organization’s community engagement strategy and philanthropic investments. She previously served for six years at the Greater Omaha Chamber as Senior Director of Leadership Development, where she led key programs including Leadership Omaha, the Omaha Executive Institute, and the inaugural LeadDIVERSITY cohort.
Kerrigan holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Nebraska at Omaha and a Bachelor of Arts in Marketing from Hastings College. She is a Gallup-certified CliftonStrengths coach and an active community volunteer, serving on boards and initiatives including the Downtown YMCA, Omaha Summer Arts Festival, The Benson Theatre, and The Collective for Hope.
